TruckFlow IC: Budget Manager (“the App”), displayed as TruckFlow IC, is a trucking load profit and budget manager for independent contractors on iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
The App may keep load calculations and history you save; truck profiles and fixed-cost schedules; calendar income, expenses, notes, and goals; preferences such as starting cash balance; and cached diesel price averages for fuel estimates. Records sync only with the Apple ID already on the device via private iCloud. They are not sent to a TruckFlow server, and there is no separate account to create.
Calendar items are written to Apple Calendar only when you tap Add to Apple Calendar. Other events already on your calendar are not deleted. If you deny calendar permission, nothing is written.
If you use Use current location for deadhead origin, the App requests location while using the App to reverse-geocode a city/state. Location is used only for that feature and is not uploaded to our servers by the App. The App does not track your location in the background.
To find driving routes, miles, and IFTA miles by state, the App uses Apple’s built-in MapKit and Core Location services. City/state text you enter and your pickup, delivery, and deadhead locations are sent to Apple to geocode those places and get driving directions. Apple handles that data under Apple’s Privacy Policy. It is not sent to the developer.
When you tap Open Route (or choose another app from its menu), the App hands the load’s pickup and delivery locations to the map app you choose: TruckMap, Trucker Path, Google Maps, or Apple Maps. What that app does with them is governed by that app’s own privacy policy. Nothing is handed off unless you tap.
If you take a photo with the camera or import load-board screenshots for on-device OCR, images are processed on your device to fill load fields. The App does not upload those photos to our servers.
If you copy a load card from an AI assistant and tap Paste Load from AI, the pasted text is read on your device only to fill load fields. The App does not send that text to the developer or to any AI service.
The App may fetch public diesel price averages from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) over HTTPS to improve fuel estimates. That request does not include your loads, location, or identity. Apart from this request, Apple’s map services described above, and iCloud sync, the App makes no other network requests.
We do not sell or share your load, calendar, or profile data with third parties for advertising. Records sync only with the Apple ID already on the device via iCloud. Calendar items are written to Apple Calendar only when you tap Add to Apple Calendar.
The App is intended for professional trucking use and is not directed to children under 13.
You can delete history, calendar entries, or truck profiles in the App. Those records also sync only with the Apple ID already on the device via iCloud. Deleting the App does not by itself remove the iCloud copy. For privacy questions, email driverloadnet@agentmail.to.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
